**OVERVIEW**

Reporting to the Director and Artist Manager, the Associate Artist Manager is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of _All Time Artist co’s_ artist clients. The Associate Artist Manager works with multiple team members and artist stakeholders to ensure effective organization and execution of their operational and administrative needs including performance details, travel, financial, and other administrative tasks as required.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Director and Artist Manager(s) with various initiatives as needed
- Act as a lead point of contact for day-to-day client and vendor communication for artist clients
- Coordinate tour logistics and advance shows
- Coordinate with production vendors (stage, sound) and technicians on event details
- Coordinate with and communicate details to creative team including: stylists, content creators, and other key collaborators
- Prepare contracts for review and coordinate their execution
- Liaise with agents, artists, promoters to collect and distribute pertinent information
- Organize and enter data into relevant tools and systems, including multiple calendars
- Create and maintain show, activity and tour budgets
- Schedule band and team members for specific events
- Schedule artist travel arrangements (flights, hotels, vehicles)
- Track artist-related expenses and payments
- Manage merchandise inventory and order fulfillment
- Assist the Content Manager with various artist marketing initiatives and channel management
- Create and submit invoices for artist projects and initiatives
- Follow up on accounts receivable with customers
- Process and track payments in customized company tools
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly supported and documented
- Assist finance team with bookkeeping activities
- Support the executive team with tracking of receipts and payments
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
- Support company events and projects as required

And perform other related duties as required to fulfill the role.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-3 years experience working in artist management, ideally at a music company, on the road, or in an equivalent college program
- Must be highly organized, self-driven and able to handle many tasks at once (we use Asana to help with that last one )
- Experience using Google Sheets and/or Excel at an intermediate level and motivated to improve
- Motivated by quality with high standards
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ready to go extra mile to avoid mistakes
- Fast learner, critical of their own work
- Confident in their ability to give feedback to others to ensure company standards are upheld
- Experience using an established bookkeeping software, is considered an asset (Quickbooks)

**TO APPLY**

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
