Plutino Group is a leading talent agency in the fashion and beauty industry. We are seeking a Junior Agent to support the Senior Agents in our Artist Division. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and scheduling talent, negotiating contracts for artists, networking with clients, building and maintaining relationships with artists and various industry professionals, and continuously monitoring and communicating with talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to new and existing clients and follow the strategies the Creative Director and marketing department implement to increase business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts for artists and ensure all terms align with agency standards. This will involve reviewing artist fees, usage rights, and contractual obligations.
- Build relationships with artists and clients, including PR professionals, producers, and brands. You will manage and enhance relationships through regular communication and foster a positive working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in style, beauty, production design, and models, including new faces, to ensure that our agency always stays at the forefront of emerging talent. This will involve attending industry events and keeping track of industry news.
- Continuously monitor and communicate with talent, their work, and their portfolios personally or through the team. You will manage artist calendars, send reminders, and follow up on commitments. - Contribute to office administration as needed, including answering phones, managing schedules, and organizing office events. - Work with the team to find ways to recruit amazing artists by attending industry events, reviewing online portfolios, and conducting auditions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A degree in fashion, marketing, or business is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must communicate effectively with clients, artists, and internal team members to meet all commitments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. You must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to work well in a team environment. You must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Passion for the fashion and beauty industry. You must have a strong interest in this industry and be knowledgeable about trends and emerging talent.
