**The Opportunity**
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a dynamic **Lease Contract Coordinator** to join our team in **Langley, BC**. As the Lease Contract Coordinator, you will coordinate leased equipment from order to delivery, while acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
As the Lease Contract Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns within an assigned region
- Prepare leasing contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation; communicate contract details with Sales team and customers
- Review pre-delivery requirements with customers to ensure all prerequisites are met
- Manage equipment return process, including damage recovery and billing
- Resolve invoicing disputes with customers
- Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained in ERP and CRM systems
- Provide regular status updates on equipment orders and returns
- Provide administrative support for Lease and Sales departments
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- At least two years of related coordinator work experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills

The base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a **hybrid**role based in **Langley, British Columbia**. Please note that after training is complete, work can be performed from home three days a week.
