We are seeking a pre finisher to join our team in [Coaldale]. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our cabinetry products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, contributing to our mission of enhancing homes with beautiful and functional designs.
**Responsibilities**
- Execute cabinet finishing tasks including sanding, and staining.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate finishing specifications.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the finishing process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the finishing phase.
- Uphold safety protocols while working on-site.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cabinet finishing or a related field.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and woodworking techniques.
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques including painting, staining, and sealing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
