**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in painting or related labor work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to painting and labor tasks.
