**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and client-driven relationship coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical to support strong client relationships, ensuring regular meaningful contact, and supporting our service strategy.

**Key Accountabilities (including but not limited to)**:
1. Key client management: book and prepare the adviser for annual reviews and send key communications as needed.

2. Partner with other team members to ensure compliance documents are up to date, answer client inquiries, address concerns positively, build trust and keep advisers informed.

3. Calendar management and event coordination.

4. CRM Management - ensure all records are up to date and correct.

5. Work with our key business relationships as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven experience working in a client service role, preferably in the financial service industry.
- Outgoing personality with focus on creating a WOW experience for the client.
- Ability with Microsoft suite office. Excel knowledge would be beneficial.
- Ability to work with multiple Advisers and team members
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- High-level of attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Creative mindset to engage with clients
- Able to engage with clients, on the phone and in person.
- Self-motivated with an eager to learn growth mindset
- Critical thinker with strong creative problem-solving skill set
- A strong set of moral and ethical values, including accountability, honesty & integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Experience with Microsoft office products, including excel, outlook, teams

This position is 100% in office.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
