**What you’ll accomplish with us**

As a Dealer Relations Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting clients with their operational needs through our online system features.
- Managing complex processes such as user, product, and dealer configurations.
- Quickly identifying technical issues and escalating them to IT teams.
- Producing reports and data extracts upon request.
- Verifying configuration accuracy before implementation.
- Keeping documentation up to date and following up on requests.
- Offering support and training to less experienced colleagues.
- Participating in projects and training to support your development.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is known for strong problem-solving skills.
- Stands out for their ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Has solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Is proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and has a good understanding of frontend systems.
- Bilingualism in French and English is strongly preferred (advanced level), as the role involves frequent interactions with internal and external stakeholders who are either French
- or English-speaking.

The typical salary range for this position is between $49,176 and $61,468 CAD per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
