**Role**
We are presently in search of an **Order Management Specialist** to contribute to the company's growth and success.

**Qualifications**:

- Responsive, driven, results-oriented nature with high energy level
- Demonstrated ability to own process and anticipate changing requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in administrative environment with high and varied volumes
- 1 year in ordering processing, operations or customer support
- Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate at different levels
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Entering and processing orders
- Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues resulting from manual entry, EDI and Excel data imports
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
- Communicating with sales and development teams to clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders
- Initiating or assisting in the maintenance of ERP data
- Performing inventory management entry tasks (moves or adjustments)
- Reviewing stock, sales and purchase reports for accuracy

**Rôle**

Nous recherchons actuellement un **Spécialiste en Gestion des Commandes** pour contribuer à la croissance et au succès de l'entreprise.

**Qualifications**
- Nature dynamique, motivée, axée sur les résultats avec un niveau d'énergie élevé
- Capacité démontrée à prendre en charge les processus et à anticiper les exigences changeantes
- Flexible, à l'aise et capable de s'ajuster rapidement aux priorités changeantes, reste ouvert(e) aux nouvelles informations, apprend et applique rapidement de nouvelles connaissances
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement administratif avec des volumes élevés et variés
- 1 an d'expérience dans le traitement des commandes, les opérations ou le support client
- Excellentes compétences en communication, y compris la capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à communiquer à différents niveaux
- Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes ainsi qu'en organisation

**Responsabilités et tâches**
- Saisir et traiter les commandes
- Surveillance et évaluation de tous les problèmes de commande résultant de l'entrée manuelle, des imports de données EDI et Excel
- Assurer un flux de commandes approprié en conformité avec les politiques organisationnelles
- Communication avec les équipes de vente et de développement pour clarifier toute information manquante ou incohérence sur les commandes
- Initier ou aider à la maintenance des données ERP
- Constamment veiller à l'organisation des courriels et des canaux de communication Teams
- Réaliser des tâches de gestion des stocks (mouvements ou ajustements)
- Revoir les rapports de stock, de ventes et d'achats pour en vérifier l'exactitude

Pay: $35,988.76-$47,865.46 per year

**Experience**:
