- Two or more years recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical or medical spa (required), Hotel/Hospitality and sales experience is an asset
- Customer service and retail experience (required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team; multitasking and highly organized.
- Problem solving skills

**Here is **what you will be doing**:
**Position overview and responsibilities**:

- Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointments for the clinical team.
- Daily communication of information to team and management.
- Provide a professional and friendly experience for the clients on the telephone, online, IG and in clinic for all clients and visitors.
- Checking clients in and out; and billing.
- Knowledgeable of all spa services, retail products and assist in scheduling follow up visits.
- Preparing client’s intake and consent forms and entering all client information accurately into database.
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow up calls and appointment confirmations
- Assist with troubleshooting office equipment and technologies.
- Prepare daily financial reports, bank deposits.
- Effectively manage inventory
- Clinic opening and closing
- Promote clinic services and products
- Other varies clerical duties as requested by Clinic Manager or Operations Manager

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on Experience
