Job Overview

Elite Cosmetic Clinic has a part-time opportunity to join a growing team for an experienced, ambitious and motivated person to become our in-house Medical Esthetician to help maintain, build & serve our client base. This position will lead into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is a skilled medical aesthetician with a minimum of 3 years experience , who is sales savvy and confident in building and maintaining a loyal clientele. A top-tier aesthetician who has a passion for skincare and beauty, providing exceptional services to our clients.

*Experience with JANE, PALOMAR, ALUMIER PEELS & SKIN CARE AND VIVIER SKIN CARE are assets

Main Responsibilities:

• Performing consultations in-person with skin analysis and over the phone with clients to determine their full needs for treatment. Creating tailor programs to specifically treat each patients needs

• Performing & recommending IPL, Laser & Fractional services with PALOMAR technology

• Performing Alumier Chemical Peels

• Performing Microneedling treatments, and Facials

• Assisting with spa marketing through social media.

-Possibly making 20-50 outbound calls per day in-between treatments to book new and existing clients.

-Recommending appropriate home-care to compliment results from services.

• Answering incoming calls and scheduling clients' appointments using JANE

• Where necessary following up with clients with regards to appointments, programs and promotions.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace.

• Additional duties as required.

Compensation Package:

-Hourly rate reflective of experience

-Competitive commission structures for both service and retail sales

Required Experience:

• You're a trained medical esthetician familiar with Laser and Light based therapies, Microneedling, Facials and Peels

-You are a proactive team member who knows how to build a loyal clientele

-You are confident in educating clients, and creating skin care programs for clients including homecare

• You're an excited, enthusiastic, and confident individual and a team player

• You excel in Sales & Customer Service

• You are passionate about helping people look, feel and BE their absolute best

• Fluent English is important as well as this is a customer service and sales position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
