Prosci Instructor

**Summary**:
Prosci Instructors are dynamic teachers and facilitators, with a passion for change management and our client’s success. With deep business expertise, and a thorough understanding of Prosci’s change management research, methodologies, and tools, you will not only deliver a variety of programs designed to build the client's change management capabilities, but you will also help to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organizations as they navigate their most critical change initiatives.

**Scope & Responsibilities**:
**Delivery a variety of programs on Prosci change methodology, tools and change management research**
- Instruct clients in Prosci’s proprietary change management methodology virtually, or at client locations or Prosci-selected venues across the Canada
- Maintain up-to-date mastery of Prosci’s change management offerings
- Prepare thoughtfully for sessions to provide incredible learning experiences for all participants
- Serve our client relationships to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organizations as they navigate their most critical change initiatives

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in key elements of Microsoft 365
- Ability to optimize MS Teams to support Instructor engagements
- Working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, including diagnostic capabilities (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in French and English
- Master’s degree in business administration, financial management or related discipline or equivalent years of experience
- 10+ years of experience in having led change from a consultative, project, program, or executive level in multiple industries (for-profit and not-for-profit)
- PCAI certification required
- Engaging presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual settings)
- Advanced skill and mastery of adult learning theories and technique
- Ability to incorporate relevant career experience and expertise into the learning environment
- Demonstrated experience successfully engaging with employees undergoing change, practitioners leading change and senior leaders who sponsor change
- Change and Project Management experience in dynamic growth/change cultures (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall etc.)
