We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Services & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Sales**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greeting and assisting customers professionally in person and over the phone.
- Utilize fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to provide consultations and product information to a diverse clientele.
- Process customer orders, perform accurate data entry into the sales system, generate invoices, and handle payments.
- Prepare and provide quotes for customers, follow up on potential leads, and actively work towards achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

**Marketing**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the local community.
- Manage and update company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WeChat Official Account) with engaging content, including new products, promotions, and project showcases.
- Plan and organize online and in-store promotional events to attract new customers and boost sales.
- Assist in creating simple marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and e-newsletters.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, sales, or marketing role is highly preferred. Experience in the landscaping, construction, or building supply industry is a strong asset.
- **Sales Acumen**: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic marketing principles and familiarity with social media management for business.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in computer use, including MS Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- **Personal Attributes**: A proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
