Honda provides full training to ensure you’re set up for success in this role. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge motorcycles, ATVs, power equipment, and marine products.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in finding the perfect motorcycles, ATVs, power equipment, or marine products to meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and expert guidance.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and promotions through Honda-provided training.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and products.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, power equipment, or marine products.
- Motorcycle license (M2 or M) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
- Prior sales experience is an asset but not required; full training will be provided.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
