**Position Details**
- This position is responsible for being the Systems Administrator for the University’s expense claim software. While managing changes to user access, training and trouble-shooting issues, the individual will be able to consider policies, procedures, and maintain compliance rules to ensure data integrity and internal controls.

The individual will be responsible for loading daily accounting transaction data from other 3rd party systems to our ERP, trouble-shooting accounting entry errors, and reviewing for accuracy.

This individual is the primary point of contact for training and support to other University departments to assist them in being able to create, submit, and report on their respective departments financial activities.

This position also assists with developing new reports for internal financial services staff as required for them to do analytics as it pertains to their areas of responsibilities. Experience with understanding and working with data in large relational databases an asset.

Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Systems Support and Development, this position is also involved in ad-hoc software implementation projects to help document workflow processes, train users on new tools, and may be required to assist in configurations and testing.

The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification and compensation review for Administrative Professional Officer (APO) positions. As such, the salary range currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.

**Position Qualifications**
- Minimum Required:
2 year diploma is Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science with 3-5 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
4 year Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science with 5-7 years experience.

**Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $63,255.50 - $79,575.80 annually

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $63,255.50 - $95,896.11 annually (APO - Grade 3)
