**Position Details**
- The University of Lethbridge is seeking a full-time, continuing position as a Job Security Systems Analyst (Technical Specialist IV).

A primary function of the Job Security Systems Analyst is to ensure the seamless operation and administration of the Security Systems at the University. This position maintains and enhance the security infrastructure, ensuring all security technologies are optimally configured and integrated. The role involves programming the systems, performing regular updates and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users. Additionally, the Job Security Systems Analyst integrates security systems, develops training programs, and ensures compliance with university policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is vital in maintaining a secure and safe campus environment through effective management and support of the university’s security systems. Working knowledge and familiarity of the Genetec system is essential in this role.

**Position Qualifications**

Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure is required, as is experience with access control, surveillance, and alarm system integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills is required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,772.00 - $5,403.00 monthly

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,772.00 - $6,034.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 11)
