We are Licensed and Regulated member of ICCRC.We recruit and provide services for a Labour Market Impact Assessment and Work Permit for Canadian Employers in order to hire Temporary Foreign Worker for their company.TOPNATION, INC is a dynamic Certified and Regulated Immigration Consultant firm working exclusively in the area of immigration and Refugee law. TOPNATION IMMIGRATION, INC is unique for they have developed expertise in representing business and corporations in their immigration needs, as well as representing individuals and families in the full spectrum of business and family immigration, immigrant and non-immigrant visa processing (internationally) naturalization, deportation defense, as well as in tribunal.

We are looking for an outside sales rep (commission based) to join our growing team in Edmonton, AB. This role is an independent contractor role where you are responsible for setting your own hours.

The Role
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Promptly process any leads handed off by the company
- Successfully close Immigration Agreement
- Successfully market a variety of Immigration services including contingency search, recruiting outsourcing, training, consulting, etc.
- Primary focus will be on the Alberta market with the option to market services Canada-wide.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 1 year of sales experience
- Must be comfortable with a high volume of cold calling to build an initial pipeline
- Must have a home office, reliable vehicle or method of transportation, and a cell phone that can be used for work purposes
- Must be professional, well organized and have excellent communication skills
- Must be available Mon-Fri during regular business hours

Compensation
- Please note that this is an independent contractor position and is commission only. You are responsible for your own taxes, setting your own work hours, etc.
- Earn up to 15 - 20% commission; average sale generated is between $6000-$10,000 and multiple sales can be generated each week.
- Average earnings of $4500 - $9000 per month; no cap on earning potential

**Salary**: $31,200.00-$111,376.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
