We have a passion for success - for our client's project, for our team memebers. DUTIES Join our team ABLE is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in the successful engineering and land surveying projects. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets - Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time - Track project progress and provide regular status updates to managament committee - Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files - Support the preparation of project reports and presentations - Facilitate communication between team members, clients, contractors and other stakeholders - Facilitate communication to clients regarding project scope, budget and timelines to clients and provide regular updates SKILLS To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong proficiency in project management software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of project management principles and practices - Understanding of project management methodology and best practices - Understanding of project management methodology and best practices **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
