**Team and Job Purpose**
The Client Services Coordinator / Manager will work directly with Unique X’s key clients such as Hollywood Major Studios and Film Distributors managing content services for film and trailer projects through to the release or screening. This role is a bi-directional servicing role dealing directly with clients and also working with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure that all work is delivered to the highest standards. The role requires good understanding of Cinema, film releasing and the need for regular engagement and strong relationships.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for all orders, pre release planning and queries from the client providing regular and timely updated on order progress all the time focussing on the client and delighting them
- Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with content services customers with a focus on pro-active response whilst being dedicated to providing class-leading service
- Be the representative of the clients orders going through Unique X working with different operations and project teams to ensure the work is smoothly shepherded through the business
- Be the representative of Unique X to clients and industry building relationships and working with clients to maximise revenue from each account
- To work directly with the Unique X Movie Transit operations team to ensure orders are being properly received, processed and capturing any issues where timely delivery of content is at risk
- To lead on title planning working with clients and the MT operations teams and where possible resources are allocated ahead of time
- Regularly providing updated across the Unique X business and to the client throughout the delivery of the content release
- First tier troubleshooting for client problems, escalating to operations and technology support whenever necessary
- Working with the operations and operations support to ensure queries are resolved as quickly and successfully as possible ensuring clients are always updated and kept briefed as and when appropriate
- Working with the territory sales and relationship leads to provide pricing for existing clients as and when is needed
- Dealing with any queries that may arise
- Ensuring that customers receive the finest experience in every interaction to ensure that we offer the best outcomes and enable our customers to have a fantastic cinema experience
**Who we think will be a great fit**
A genuine passion for the film business and for going above and beyond for our customers is required, along with the ability to work effectively in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders across the business. This role requires a keen customer focus and a calm approach as well as the ability to manage and influence customers' conversations effectively. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months of helpdesk experience using Zendesk or a similar ticket system, but this is not a dealbreaker We are more than happy to hear from you if you have good interpersonal skills, technical savvy and looking to build your career in an exciting technology business.
**Essential Skills**
- Experience in client services or account management development

- Proven customer service and admin experience in a dynamic and time-constrained environment
- Good organisational skills
- Good numerical skills
- Basic IT experience/knowledge
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in the cinema or theatrical distribution
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
