**About working at PARC**

PARC communities are inspiring spaces, where residents come not just to live - but to live a better life, with a vibrant community of like-minded people. Our retirement residences are premium communities in central locations. And we do it all with a whole lot of heart.

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager the Part-Time Event and Sponsorship Coordinator will join a fast-paced marketing and sales support team. The role is responsible for implementing, supporting and coordinating PARC Events and Sponsorships both Corporate and within our PARC communities in conjunction with the local Sales and Operation teams. The role will work closely with internal staff and external contractors/suppliers such as sponsorship point-people, event leads and vendors, photographers, printers, and responsible for equipment ordering, storing and set-up.

**This includes**:

- Being responsible for all contract fulfillment with sponsorships and events. Following up throughout the year with event or sponsorship point people to keep all contracts up to date and executed is an extremely important part of this role.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to review any new requests or changes to events or sponsorships.
- Updating new and ongoing event information with sales or operations teams as needed.
- Liaising with sponsorship point people and vendors to ensure appropriate invoicing and process is followed.
- On event day, being the on-site venue representative to oversee all aspects of event set-up, show, and ensure all event needs are met while adhering to venue policies and procedures (i.e., health and safety, alcohol management, customer service)
- Developing event documentation required for each event including event details, work orders and budget allowances. Preparing post-event summaries.

**The perks of PARC Hospitality**
- ** Meaningful work.** How many hospitality jobs can say that? At PARC, you’ll be making a positive difference in seniors’ lives, each and every day.
