**Position Overview**:
TAAC Group is seeking a Digital Art & Design Specialist with graphic design experience to join our passionate team. As a Digital Art & Design Specialist you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing content for various digital platforms as well as oversee different aspects of the artistic and product development process within TAAC Group. You will collaborate with the art development team, marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure our artistic vision is brought to life through various mediums.

**Duties and responsibilities of this role**:

- Develop layouts, illustrations, and interactive media aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality graphics and multimedia content.
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D modeling software when necessary.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
- Collaborate with art, marketing and product teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Capture and edit photos/images or videos for use in digital campaigns.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- A solid understanding of design, design principles, art and pop-culture.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative work, such as web designs, branding, animations, or illustrations.
- Knowledge of design requirements for e-commerce, advertising.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools for creating and editing video content a plus.
- Strong artistic and creative vision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism

- Motion Graphics (nice to have but not required)

**Software**:

- Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) or similar software (e.g Affinity Software: Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher)
- Canva

Pay: $32,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
