**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Scheduling technicians (Planning/Scheduling route for technician work)
- Ensuring all requirements are met for technicians to complete assigned jobs
- Managing subcontractors as necessary
- Acting as first point of contact for customers
- Managing customer relationships
- Job site safety
- Invoicing work completed and maintaining accurate, up to date account details
- Answering incoming phone calls for service department

**Requirements**:

- We cannot stress enough that strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and procedures is a critical and non-negotiable skill required for this job
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment
- Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management skills and multitasking guru
- Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little to no oversight or direction
- Great attention to detail
- A team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)

Strong consideration will be given to individuals with experience in any/all of the following areas:

- Health and safety
- Automotive, mechanical, or electrical parts
- Power generation
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
