**Your Mission**:
As Corporate Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our Corporate Services department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and executing preventive maintenance tasks (HVAC, generators, etc.)
- Coordinating internal moves, closures, and renovation logistics
- Monitoring and actioning facilities service tickets
- Processing and tracking invoices with accuracy and accountability
- Maintaining precise records of corporate assets
- Auditing vendor performance and supporting contract compliance
- Preparing reports and analyzing purchasing/vendor data
- Supporting safety protocols including adverse event and quality complaints reporting

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Post-secondary education in business or a related field (asset)
- Experience in property or facilities management (asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skill
- Solid understanding of contracts and vendor performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with a passion for improving systems and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); data-savvy
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Bilingual (English required; French an asset)

**Compensation**: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
