**Main Purpose of Role**:
To provide first-class breeding advice to Dairy Farmers on the portfolio of products and services to achieve both individual and regional team sales targets. To grow sustainable business for STgenetics Canada within the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To achieve an individual sales target
- To review, plan and prioritize the daily customer visit schedule
- To provide first-class advice on STgenetics products & services in order to fulfill the customer requirements
- To manage and build a database of customers in order to achieve individual targets
- To establish and maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service at all times
- To develop and maintain knowledge of STgenetics’ portfolio of products & services
- To develop and maintain knowledge of the industry and market trends
- To ensure that Company policies and procedures are adhered to
- To continuously develop and improve both themselves and the working practices
- To comply with Company policy and best practise in security, legal and regulatory compliance
- To ensure H&S responsibilities are fulfilled
- To complete any other duties as required from time to time

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Must have knowledge of the Bovine Breeding Industry
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent communicator with a proven record of building customer relationships
- Smart and tidy appearance
- Full clean driving license
