**About The Role**

**Job Requirements**
- 1-2 years experience in social media and/or digital marketing role
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic and analytical thinker that can interpret data from social media analytical tools into actionable insights and learnings
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
- Experience using social media, creative and project management platforms such as Canva, Instories, Mojo, Retouch, InShot, ClickUp, and Slack a plus

**Responsibilities**:
The role of the Junior Marketer with a focus on Social Media has three main performance areas: Content Planning, Content Creation, and Community Management.

**Content Planning**
- Develop an organized monthly content calendar that aligns with our strategy and business objectives.
- Design storyboards for short videos and static posts based on established KPIs.
- Regularly analyze performance statistics and make recommendations to refine content strategies.
- Provide a monthly report with performance indicators and suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, and provide insights to the marketing team on how to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects and initiatives.

**Content Creation**
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce short videos for digital and social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts and tailor content, music, and hashtags for each platform.
- Identify and source user-generated content for reposting or sharing.
- Maintain an organized system for company assets and team assets.

**Community Management and Engagement**
- Set and achieve community engagement and growth targets.
- Enhance engagement and followers through proactive interaction with the social media community.
- Monitor social accounts daily and report any issues to the manager.
