**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop & Execute Campaigns**: Create and implement marketing strategies that increase our social media following across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- **Content Creation**: Design eye-catching, engaging posts, reels, and stories showcasing our products, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer inspirations.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering online discussions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and campaigns.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Act as an ambassador for 4CatsnDogs, embodying our values and mission in all communications.

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- A creative mindset with a proven track record of crafting engaging digital content.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Strong communication skills to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
- A passion for home furnishings, interior design, or creating vibrant online communities.
