**Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Social Media & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at digital communication and content creation, with the ability to connect with our audience and support our growth through strategic online engagement and outreach. You will manage social media platforms, write compelling blogs and newsletters, and assist with sales calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, schedule, and manage content for all social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Write and distribute engaging blogs, newsletters, and other written content
- Engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Support sales efforts by making outbound calls to potential clients
- Track and analyze social media and content performance, adjusting strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital communication
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Confidence and professionalism in making sales calls
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Knowledge of topics like online safety, digital parenting, or human trafficking is a strong advantage

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 35 per week
