**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and consistent quality
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record in successfully managing a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
