**Responsibilities**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
- Engage in merchandising efforts to enhance product displays and promote sales
- Utilize e-commerce platforms to manage online orders and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in floral design or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Typing skills/computer skills manadatory
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and cash handling is required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
