Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, you will provide a superior customer service experience that emphasizes strong product knowledge and is delivered in a friendly, outgoing, and helpful manner.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs.
- Providing a selection of products for customers to choose.
- Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice.
- Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries.
- Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place.
- Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts.
- Store opening and closing duties.
- Promoting store sales.
- Working with team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers.
- Assisting in digital product photography.
- Learning and understanding our in-depth digital point of sales system.

**_Qualifications needed_**
- Previous jewellery experience would be an asset.
- A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic.
- A strong desire to learn, not just sales, but other aspects of our business.
- Ability to learn products in a reasonable time.
- Tech savvy.
- Exceptional communication and time management.
- Proven experience in a team-based environment.
- Commitment to a “customer first” philosophy

As a sales Associate you will be required to work a variety of days and shifts including Saturdays.
