**Job Overview**: We are representing a reputable Professional Services client looking for an Office Administrator/Operations who is enthusiastic about using software to streamline operations and has a flair for managing multiple projects. This role involves traditional administrative responsibilities, operational management, and overseeing diverse projects, focusing on efficiency and automation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and improve office administrative functions.
- Design and implement efficient office systems and processes.
- Coordinate and oversee a variety of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Plan and organize office meetings and events.
- Develop strategies to automate and enhance office and project processes.
- Prepare regular reports and handle documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication with staff, suppliers, and clients, maintaining confidentiality and precision.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in office administration or management, preferably with experience in the tech or start-up sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, with a keen interest in software and process automation.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
