The Multi-Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations in two clinics, enhancing the customer service for the patients and doctors in our clinic and providing an excellent employee experience to the staff. The Multi-Clinic Manager must be flexible to the needs of the business and be able to travel to different locations in the city.

**In this Role you will**:

- enhance the patient, doctor and employee experience with good customer service and a professional but helpful presence, consistently leading by example
- support the HR process by assisting with hiring, onboarding and orientating new hires, maintaining and retaining staff and ongoing training and staff development
- oversee ongoing projects and processes in the clinic including chronic disease management, private pay processes, billing staff, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other practice operations
- address patient, doctor and staff issues, finding solutions and following up in a timely manner, handling complaints, addressing them and conducting investigations as required
- supporting the team to meet goals, finish tasks and complete checklists, training and mentoring the staff to ensure efficiency in daily operations
- overseeing office maintenance and repair, reviewing and approving supply orders, building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- react to staff and doctor absences by finding coverage for all shifts so the walk in can run seamlessly and doctors have continuous support
- previous office management experience required. Clinic Management experience preferred.
- a clean criminal record check, credit check and recent PHIA certificate
- knowledge of QHR’S Accuro EMR, Microsoft systems including Excel, Word, Outlook, E-Chart
- knowledge of medical terminology, payroll and billing and A/R, A/P cycles
- strong leadership, mentoring, communication and interpersonal skills
- analytical, problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
- ability to travel to several different locations and be flexible to the needs of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Medical Clinic: 2 years (required)
- Accuro: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervisor/Manager: 1 year (required)
