**Clinical Assistant**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to support our physicians in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physician to provide both acute and chronic disease management, perform patient intake, record medical histories, and assist with examinations and procedures. This position also involves assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing patients with clear health information and a welcoming experience.

**Duties**
- Practice medicine under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Provide both acute and chronic disease management
- Accurately document patient medical history, physical exam findings, and physician orders into the electronic medical record (Accuro) during patient encounters
- Assist physician with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhering to PHIA regulations
- Patient intake: Greet patients, verify information, take medical history
- Vital signs measurement: Take blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and respiration rate
- Assist with exams: Help the doctor during physical examinations
- Collect specimens for laboratory analysis
- Administer medications as directed by a healthcare provider
- Explain procedures and providing basic health information to patients
- Disinfect medical equipment and maintaining a clean work area

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical office.
- Familiarity with Accuro, electronic medical records system, is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a must

**Shift**

Mon-Thurs 9:00am to 5:00pm

Wage will be based on experience.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
