**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruiting, hiring, and training a dedicated team.
- Effective management of store team performance.
- Embody the company's core values and understanding its mission.
- Cultivating a healthy and motivating work environment.
- Fostering a holistic health and customer-centric environment.
- Engaging in community outreach programs.
- Maximizing store profitability while controlling expenses.
- Executing in-store marketing and merchandising plans.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-3 years of experience in a natural health retail environment.
- Post-secondary education fields related to natural health, such as Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, or Homeopathy is an asset.
- Strong understanding of natural health products and computer skills
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
