**New Indian cuisine restaurant and seeking to add Front of House staff to our team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, and guest waiting area
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, willing to teach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Smart Serve certification is a **must**:

- Food handling certification is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
