This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of lead information, assigning leads to the appropriate agents, and collaborating with the team to meet their lead needs. The Lead Management Coordinator will also analyze and interpret lead data, track sales performance, and generate detailed reports based on key metrics. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role, as the coordinator will be a key point of contact for both the sales team and leadership, helping to drive efficiency and sales optimization across the department. Join us and be part of something amazing **What You’ll Be Doing**: Efficiently managing and tracking incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of lead information to ensure proper data entry. Assigning leads to the appropriate agents based on specific criteria and workload. Collaborating with agents to understand their lead requirements and providing ongoing support to ensure they receive the necessary leads for success. Generating and delivering detailed reports based on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and agent performance. Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and track lead progress within the system. **Skills**: - **Data Analysis & Interpretation**:Analyze incoming lead data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can drive actionable decisions. - **Sales Reporting**:Create detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track lead conversion rates, agent performance, and overall sales progress. - **Communication & Presentation**:Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to leadership and key stakeholders to inform decision-making. - **Problem-Solving**:Identify challenges in lead management processes and develop effective strategies to optimize sales workflows and outcomes. **Requirements**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Accurately input, update, and maintain data in designated systems and platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying issues, finding solutions, and making data-driven decisions.
