**Job Summary**:
Enoch Wealth is an Exempt Market Dealer registered with the BC, AB, and ON Securities Commission. Founded in 2015, our team has extensive knowledge and experience in identifying and accessing a diverse range of investment opportunities across North America.

With extensive experience and knowledge covering various fields of alternative investments, including Asset-backed Securities, Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Debt, Hedge Funds, and VC Funds. Enoch Wealth presents products that are suitable for investors while prioritizing their benefits in the North American alternative investment market.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- A bachelor's degree or above

**Professional Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 years of sales, marketing, talent acquisition, or related role in Canada.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional level of English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Proficient in Windows, Office, Google Suite, Zoom and Photo Editing Apps
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational, coordination and ability to budget for events
- Basic knowledge and interest of financial markets is a bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seeking out and recruiting new Dealer Representatives to join a leading Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
- Utilizing entrepreneurial methods, including one-on-one meetings, attending professional events, or taking advantage of other lead sources to connect with talents.
- Coordinate with multiple business partners for the flawless execution of both online and offline marketing events and campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support for current dealing representatives and coordinate with the right person/department to resolve any technical issues that may occur.
- Assist in the organization and execution of online and offline events to promote Enoch Wealth as a recognizable brand and service provider.
- Conduct ongoing business development to find partner channels and event sponsors
- Have a good understanding of company products and be ready to roll up your sleeves in case of last minute things that might pop up

**Compensation**:

- Base Pay $42000 to $50,000 annually + bonus
- Group Benefit after first 3 months of probation period
