KMR Bookkeeping is a fast growing Brampton based company. We provide exceptional bookkeeping services to a range of clients.

Day to Day tasks may include but are not limited to:

- Intermediate level bookkeeping for small to medium sized clients
- Check, verify and enter Source Documents including payable invoices and payments, receivable invoices and payments, other miscellaneous receipts
- Allocating and posting transactions in Sage Software, Quickbooks, QBO
- Following internal control procedures
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Payroll preparation and Source Deductions
- HST Filings
- WSIB Filings
- EHT Filings
- Monthly reporting to clients
- Answering phones

General Requirements and Skills:

- Must be able to demonstrate your comprehensive bookkeeping experience using SAGE 50, Quickbooks Desktop, QBO.
- Have accounting/bookkeeping education and understand generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to applicants with bookkeeping designations or members of a professional bookkeeping association
- Have a passion for attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Have a proven ability to problem solve
- Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
- Strong computer and typing skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Payroll Platforms such as ADP Teampay, ADP Workforce Now, Wagepoint, Ceridian

A good command of the English language is a necessity.

May be required to work onsite at clients office when necessary.
