**What is the role?**
This role is for a 12-month contract.
If you enjoy managing lots of balls in the air and acting as a bridge between outside business partners and your internal team, then by all means read on The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for processing all inventory program orders and maintaining lean inventory levels.
**What will you do?**
- Detailed order entry;
- Issuing Purchase Orders;
- Following up with vendors to ensure timelines are being met;
- Creating packing slips;
- Coordinating shipping to client location(s);
- Creating item masters for each SKU within accounting and web software;
- Monitoring inventory sell through;
- Coordinating inventory replenishment (including issuing PO's and ensuring production timelines are met);
- Ensuring service levels are met (re: on-time shipping, problem resolution);
- Generating customer reports;
**Plus**:
- Kitting;
- Coordinating quality insurance inspections;
- Internal QA review upon receipt of shipment;
- Coordinating in-bound freight (and possibly import duties and brokerage fees for import orders;
- Ensuring service levels are met (re: on-time shipping, problem resolution);
- Other duties as assigned.
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Excellent English oral and written skills;
- Secondary school diploma, College/University - 2 years or equivalent;
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience;
- Comfortable corresponding and speaking with client and supplier contacts at various levels;
- Works well in a collaborative team environment;
- Ability to multi-task, managing many projects with accuracy, each with critical time lines in a fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional customer service ethic;
- Outlook, Word, Excel & Internet skills, comfort using technology and software.
- Ability to speak and write French a definite asset;
- Previous Promotional Products experience in a fast-paced environment; Graphics editing experience would be a plus;
