**Job Description**:
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- Act as the first point of contact for Human Resources
- Provide HR support to a geographic area of multiple food and facility service accounts
- Advise, guide, and counsel operational management on all Employee/Labour Relations matters (e.g. contract administration, constructive discipline, attending grievance meetings and arbitrations), government compliance issues (Employment Standards Act, and all legislative matters), Human Rights
- Follow-up and resolve allegations of unfair treatment (Legal, harassment, Human Rights, and employee relations complaints, company hotline complaints)
- Provide recruitment and selection support
- Implement HR programs
- Deliver training sessions to improve Operational performance
- Incident investigation and resolution
- New Unit Mobilization Support
**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
- University or College degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years in Human Resources and minimum 3 years in Labour Relations
- Experience in a unionized and multi-site operation is required
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service provider environment is an asset
- Relevant provincial HR professional designation is an asset (e.g. CHRL, CHRM)
- Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands.
- Ability to develop new and maintain existing relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel within a specified geographic area required
- Work well in a shared services and team environment
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
