**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Planning and organizing monthly company events, parties, and activities
- Booking travel arrangements for employees
- Fulfilling catering requests
- Assisting with the booking of meetings and set up for meetings
- Sourcing, organizing and ordering furniture, equipment, supplies, and food for the office
- Liaising with building representatives about any office-related issues
- Keeping the office and kitchen organized
- Orienting new employees and setting up desks, and office passes prior to their start

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- 1-2 years of previous administrative experience
- Previous experience planning and running team events
- A customer-service oriented approach to their job
- Top-notch communication skills and organizational skills
- Highly collaborative; team player
- Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once
- The resilience to work in a flexible, start-up environment
- Passionate about technology and digital products
- Interested in working and growing a career in HR with a dynamic and collaborative team
