**Salary Range**: $18-$21 (based on experience)

**Who we are**:
360 Concussion Care is a multi-disciplinary concussion clinic, providing concussion rehabilitation services. We provide physician-led, interdisciplinary, evidence-based care and place a high emphasis on patient coaching and education. We operate as a learning health system, working collaboratively with leading hospitals and universities to generate research and learnings, through our patient care, that will continue to improve concussion prevention and treatment. Our experienced leadership team includes globally recognized concussion researchers and health care professionals (medical doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists). We opened our first clinic in Ottawa in September 2020, our second clinic in Toronto in spring 2021 and third in Mississauga in October 2022.

**Who we are looking for**:
You are a service-oriented individual who is excited to be a part of a dynamic start-up company. You love numbers, and you have excellent attention to detail. You are extremely organized and have great time-management skills, allowing you to manage many responsibilities simultaneously. You must have at least **3 years** **of experience working with MVA patient files.**Responsibilities**:_

**Insurance MVA Billing**:

- Billing for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients:

- Submitting monthly invoices (OCF-21) to Insurance for patients' treatment plans.
- Connecting with insurance adjusters directly for payments.
- Ensuring A/R for all clinics remains low
- Managing MVA invoice inquiries and collections
- Submitting all EHC billings for MVA plans

**WSIB Billing**:

- Submit weekly WSIB billings for review

**Reports**:

- Create monthly AR reports
- Analyze data and present to Billing Manager for review.
- **Job Qualifications**:_
- 3+ years of experience processing MVA/WSIB billings and submitting forms through HCAI
- Strong knowledge of Micrsoft Excel and other MS Office products
- Experience working with Universal Scheduling an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information with discretion

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
