**Job Overview**

NextStep Nexus is looking for a **creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist** to take our digital presence to the next level. This is a hands-on role for someone who can strategize, produce, and manage engaging content across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube — while also helping us drive paid traffic, increase brand visibility, and grow our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media, reels, shorts, and stories.
- Build and maintain a consistent posting schedule with engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Research audience behavior and social trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to different platforms.
- Track ad performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and optimization ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, admin, management) to align messaging and support company goals.
- Propose and execute new campaign ideas for promotions, student success stories, testimonials, and service highlights.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build community around our brand.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and social analytics tools.
- Proven experience shooting and editing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InShot, etc.).
- Solid copywriting skills with attention to tone, audience, and engagement.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Creative, self-motivated, and data-driven — always thinking of new ways to grow reach and conversions.
- Experience working in education, student recruitment, or service-based industries is a strong asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
