**Content Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create standout content**: Write, edit, and publish engaging social media posts, newsletters and articles across platforms like Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
- **Community management**: Interact with comments, messages, and other engagements to nurture a positive and loyal community.
- **Elevate engagement**: Transform complex, technical ideas into accessible, customer-centric, and engaging content.
- **Collaborate for excellence**: Partner with our marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader strategies and the brand voice.
- **Deliver polished work**: Proofread, edit, and refine your writing to maintain consistency, precision, and clarity.
- **Team collaboration**: Support various projects, product launches, and events to maximize visibility and achieve marketing goals.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- **Communication skills**: Excellent writing and verbal abilities to connect effectively with the target audience.
- **Social media expertise**: Significant experience with platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, and the ability to leverage them for marketing objectives.
- **Technical skills**: Proficiency in tools like Canva and Cap Cut (intermediate level) and experience with scheduling tools for social media.
- **Organizational skills**: Strong time management, with the ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines.
- **Problem-solving**: Critical thinking and adaptability to tackle challenges effectively.
- **Teamwork**: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- **Education**: College diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

**Your Superpowers**:

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that showcases your talent (experience in real estate is a bonus but not required).
