**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations in both BOH and FOH areas to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and receiving of supplies in collaboration with the kitchen staff.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and support staff, including training, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs while ensuring proper coverage during peak times.

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain high standards of customer service by actively engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure that the FOH team is knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist in budget preparation and management, focusing on cost control and maximizing profitability.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
- Handle cash management and oversee daily financial transactions.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and cooperation between BOH and FOH.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives, special events, and promotions.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of the establishment to ensure compliance with company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of BOH and FOH operations, including kitchen management, food safety, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to move around the establishment, including navigating stairs and tight spaces.
