**Job Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team.

This role involves assisting with daily operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our properties.

Familiarity Buildium is preferred.

Opportunity to become a Licensed Property Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support lease administration, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work with vendors
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage rent collection, payment processing, and record keeping
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of property activities
- Support marketing efforts by engaging with prospective tenants and conducting property tours
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Utilize Buildium software for leasing, accounting, and reporting functions
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct regular inspections on properties

**Experience**
- Prior experience in office administration or property management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Buildium
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in data entry and filing systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone inquiries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
