**Duties**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and register reconciliations.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Support budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and assisting in financial planning.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely processing of employee hours.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the store.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Strong budgeting skills to assist in financial management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in interviewing techniques and recruiting processes to build an effective team.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Strong administrative skills for managing paperwork, reports, and documentation.
- Ability to analyze market conditions to drive business strategy.
