**Summary**

We are seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Sessions Cannabis locations. This role is pivotal in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive team environment. The District Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and promoting our brand values across all stores.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or district management, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Demonstrated success in business development and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for process improvement.

**Multi-Store Leadership**
- Oversee and support multiple retail locations and store managers across an assigned district
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, KPIs, and customer experience initiatives
- Travel regularly between locations to conduct operational audits, team development, and compliance checks

**Team & Culture Development**
- Hire, mentor, and coach store leadership teams to develop talent pipelines
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
- Lead by example in coaching upselling behavior, product knowledge, and customer engagement

**Operational Oversight**
- Ensure stores meet or exceed all regulatory requirements (AGCO, OCS, Health Canada)
- Monitor weekly/monthly inventory counts, COVA usage, visual merchandising, and store compliance
- Drive business results by analyzing district-level sales, gross margins, labor costs, and shrink reports

**KPI & Performance Management**
- Set and track performance goals (e.g., basket size, upsell %, loyalty signups, payroll %)
- Partner with HR and Head Office on incident reporting, corrective actions, and performance plans
- Lead district meetings and performance reviews with store managers

**Strategic Execution**
- Plan and implement district-level initiatives, promotional rollouts, and seasonal readiness
- Support the onboarding of new store openings, acquisitions, or high-risk stores
- Represent Sessions Cannabis as a brand ambassador in all interactions—internal and external

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
