**General Job Description**:
**Qualifications**:
Minimum bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 2 years experience working within a non-profit organization. Teamwork skills, collaboration, problem solving abilities would be an asset. Excellent verbal and writing skills. Personal and organizational leadership qualities. The combination of work experience, skills and education will be considered as part of the necessary credentials.
**Job Status**:
maternity leave contract position based on ongoing approved funding. Hybrid working model; could be onsite or remote as requested.
Benefits: Benefits will include, extended health care, RRSP contributions, sick and wellness leave upon completion of probationary period.
Schedule: 7-hour shift, Monday to Friday
**Salary**: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
**Responsibilities**:
- All funding related duties.
- Seeking out new funding/development opportunities and leads.
- Review all funding agreements to fully understand all the requirements. Follow through with necessary requirements as per approved funding agreements.
- Liaison with funders.
- Completing and submitting all required financial and statistical reports, as per schedules.
- Statistical data analysis.
- Work collaboratively with Executive Director, management, and staff when required to complete statistical and financial reports.
- Actively seek out client feedback using qualitative and quantitative methods to measure success of programs and identify any areas for improvement.
- Maintain, develop, and implement processes and policies that enable consistent and effective privacy practices.
- To maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
- To attend and participate in staff and agency meetings.
- To work as a team member.
- Perform all other duties that may be required from time to time as requested by the Executive
