**The Role**
Under the direction of the Home Manager, or in the absence of the Home Manager, this position will assume responsibility for the care and well-being of residents in the home. This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising others who deliver direct resident care.
**What You Bring**
Along with your passion for exceptional care, you are:
- A graduate from a recognized nursing program
- Currently registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Demonstrated leadership ability in complex care with comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices and techniques as they relate to long term care.
- Post RN/RPN education in Gerontology and 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $114,000.00 per year
