**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drive Client Growth**: Generate leads, conduct consultations, and close service agreements with clients and families seeking home care.
- **Represent Luxcare**: Serve as the face of our organization at Industry gatherings.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and nurture referral sources including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations.
- **Strategic Outreach**: Execute community engagement strategies, public presentations, and educational seminars about our services. Cold calls, and any other areas you can reach clients.
- **Collaborate with our Exec Director and Care Coordinator**: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A persuasive communicator with a **charming, trustworthy, and approachable presence**.
- Proven track record in **sales and community outreach** (healthcare or senior care experience is a plus).
- A self-starter who thrives on **meeting goals**, **overcoming challenges**, and **creating win-win relationships**.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and follow up consistently.
- Passion for helping others, with a genuine desire to make a difference.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, PR, or community engagement roles.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of the home care or healthcare industry is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
